The fact that Broxmouth Park is adjacent to Dunbar Golf Course means there is no better location for golf lovers in Dunbar. We are very happy to book tee times and/or advise upon Dunbar or East Lothian golf courses and onto the north of England.
We enjoy excellent relations with the adjoining Dunbar Golf Course who welcome guests from Broxmouth. Subject to availability, we can make reservations at the following courses in East Lothian, including: Gullane, Luffness, Archerfield, North Berwick, Muirfield, Craigielaw, Whitekirk, Goswick in Northumberland, and of course Dunbar. Local green fees and conditions will apply.
Further afield, we can also of course apply for tee times, and make necessary arrangements, at other famous Scottish golf courses, such as St Andrews golf course, Gleneagles, Kings Barns, Elie and Crail, amongst many others. As members of Golf Tourism Scotland, we can also help with golfing queries regarding golf and accommodation elsewhere in Scotland.
Through our connections with local estate owners we can arrange such sport as an evening's duck flighting, pigeon shooting, rough pheasant shooting, clay pigeon shooting or even a day of driven grouse or partridges. All you have to do is ask and we will do our best to make the arrangements.
For those participating in live shooting, guests should provide their own guns, ammunition, and be able to show the necessary shotgun license.
If you would prefer to improve your skills over clay pigeons, we can arrange that also on the estate: driven or flushed birds, out in the open or in the woods. There is a full range of options available. In this instance, shot guns are provided.
Quite apart from the endless number of Edinburgh attractions (The Castle, National Gallery, Palace of Holyrood House, Royal Yacht Britannia, Museum of Scotland, Botanical Gardens) which do well to cater for Edinburgh tourism:- there are several other local attractions in Dunbar and East Lothian which are well worth visiting.
For those that wish to visit Edinburgh however, Edinburgh city centre is only a 30 minute car journey from Broxmouth Park and a twenty minutre train ride from the local station in Dunbar.
